Troy Chickering comes to DDR from Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he worked as a Project Manager in the company's Technology Transfer and Alliance Management group. He brings experience in a number of biotechnology business and drug development areas including collaboration management, relationship management, technology transfer, technology development, and R&D.

Mr. Chickering managed the transfer of platform technologies, LIMS and research processes to Aventis and Monsanto and lead diverse, cross-company project teams to ensure projects were successfully completed on time. He was a member of the Millennium-Aventis Joint Operations Management team and has experience in contract management and the resolution of change in scope issues.

Mr. Chickering has a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from the University of New Hampshire.
